How do I register to become a member of www.tourista.in?
To become a member of www.tourista.in, it costs nothing. Simply click on the 'Register With Us' button on the left of this page, and within three working days, you'll receive a unique login ID and password from us.
Can I change my user name and password?
Each user name has a unique identity and cannot be changed. However, should you want to change your password, you can do this by selecting 'Your Name' from the drop-down menu next to 'Account Settings' (top right corner of the page) and clicking on the 'Company Settings' tab.
How is Tourista International Private Limited different from other online travel portals?
Tourista International Private Limited is India’s leading B2A travel portal. We offer a wide range of services to our partners, enabling them to serve their customers efficiently, with the right pricing and inventory.
What should I do if I forget my password?
On the home page, underneath the 'Login' button, you'll see 'Forgot Password?' Just click on that, enter your user name and e-mail ID, and we'll e-mail a link from where you can select a new password.
What benefits do members of tourista.in get?
Apart from vast hotel and flight inventories, and around-the-clock customer support, you will also benefit from discounts on sales of air tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, LTC, insurance, and other travel services.

As a travel agent, can I add my own service fee?
Yes, you can. Just go to 'Deals & Markups' and in the 'Flight Markup' tab, you can set the service fee for each airline, and for domestic and international hotels.
What payment methods can be used to purchase products through the Tourista portal?
You can make payments using credit cards, cheques, demand drafts, or cash.
Where in the Tourista portal do I make payments?
To make a payment to your account, you need to click on 'Recharge' in the 'Accounts' drop-down menu. This will take you to a page where you can quickly and easily pay any amount into your account.
Can I hold a booking prior to confirming it?
Yes, you can hold a booking for 24 hours. You then need to confirm that booking within the 24-hour period, otherwise, the reservation will automatically be released. Right now, offline mode is working. You need to contact our team, and they will help you in holding bookings.
How do I produce an e-ticket for my customer?
You can request a copy of e-tickets that have been booked at any time via the Tourista portal. Simply access the Dashboard, then click on Account Logs in the Accounts tab. From there, click on your Reference No. and you can print it out or make a request for it to be e-mailed to you.
From where can my customer get their boarding pass?
Boarding passes are given to customers at the time of check-in. Ensure they take their e-ticket and one form of identification with them when travelling.
How can I cancel a flight?
It's possible to cancel flights from within the 'Accounts Logs' screen. Here, you need to select the 'Re-raise Amendment' option for the relevant PNR after clicking on the reference number.
What is the cancellation policy?
Each airline has its own cancellation policy. Therefore, we suggest that you always cancel the flight as early as possible, and certainly no less than two hours before the departure time.
What is the maximum number of seats that can be booked via Tourista?
You can book up to nine seats at a time (except for Jet Lite).
How do I view the status of my booking?
You can check the status of your booking by logging into your Tourista account and going to the Account Logs section under the Dashboard. Here, you will find the status of all your past and current bookings.
Can I make group bookings through the Tourista portal?
Yes, you can make group bookings. To book multiple seats or rooms for a group, simply select the number of passengers or rooms during the booking process. For group bookings requiring more than 9 passengers, please contact our team directly for further assistance.
Can I book international travel packages via Tourista?
Absolutely! Tourista offers a wide range of international holiday packages, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours. Simply visit the Holiday Packages section of the portal to explore the best deals.
What should I do if I face any technical issues while using the portal?

Can I modify my booking once it's confirmed?
Depending on the service provider’s policy, some bookings may be modified. To request changes, visit the Account logs  section and click on the relevant booking & raise the Amendmnets. If changes are not allowed online, please contact our support team for assistance.
How do I track commission payments for bookings made through Tourista?
You can track your commissions through the Commission Reports section under your Dashboard. This will provide details of your earnings for every transaction made through your account.
